PREMIER COORDINATING

If you’ve got the pre-planning covered, but want someone to take care of everything on event day, Premier Coordinating is for you! With this package, you pass all of the details on to us, and we take it from there. After two in-person consultations and a venue walk-through, we create a custom timeline for your wedding day. We will confirm final details with all vendors, assist with pre-event activities (i.e. rehearsal, set-up, decorating, etc.), and take care of all day-of responsibilities (i.e. vendor arrivals, venue prep, schedules, clean-up, and more!). You don’t have to worry about a thing.

PREMIER MANAGEMENT

Do you have vendor selection & booking and initial planning on lock, but are seeking someone to take over after that point to manage communication, tie up loose ends, and take care of all things day-of? Consider our Premier Management package! We begin working with you about six months out, taking everything out of your hands and making sure every detail is finalized appropriately and on time. We’ll attend necessary meetings (vendor and otherwise), consult with you frequently, and take care of your entire wedding day from mimosas and makeup all the way through the sparkler exit. PREMIER PLANNING

Don’t even know where to begin? That’s what we’re here for! We want to be by your side for the planning process, from start to finish. We’ll help you in the decision making and selections that will make your dream wedding a reality. From budget management and event design, to booking vendors and signing contracts, we’re here for you! (This package includes all elements of PREMIER MANAGEMENT, PREMIER COORDINATING and beyond).
